Simple GUIdelines for LIVING TOGETHER AT AFH
General
* No smoking, of any kind; minimal use of alcohol;
no recreational drugs. .
* Maintain quiet hours between 10:00 pm
and 8:00 am.
* Keep personal items in personal space and
negotiate about keeping personal items in
common space (e.g. books, furniture, pictures,
house plants).
* Negotiate with others about social use of
common rooms.
Food
* Plan on regular house dinners, at least four nights a week, indicating on the dinner list if you will be away.
* Cook for the household one night each week.
* Pause for worship or grace before meals.
* Share meal cleanup and daily kitchen upkeep.
* Share the cost of food and supplies, contributing
$50 per person per week.
* Buy basic foods economically; pay for personal
specialty items from own funds.
* Update the supply list regularly and communicate with the house shopper.
